About SSTDV-Project
SSTDV-Project (Secure and Sustainable Technology Development Project) is a research initiative focused on developing open-source software tools for scientific computing, machine learning applications, and data analysis across various domains including medical imaging, environmental science, and computational physics.
Research Areas
Medical Imaging & Computational Anatomy
Development of tools for analyzing medical imaging data, including brain structure analysis, appearance modeling, and synthetic data generation for training robust machine learning models.
Related Projects: BrainShapeToolKit, DiffAM, DiffuAug, VCM
Environmental Science & Oceanography
Modeling and analysis of environmental data including sea surface temperature, extreme value analysis for climate research, and fluid dynamics simulation.
Related Projects: KIOST-SST-EVL, python-fluid-simulation
Generative Models & Synthetic Data
Research into generative models for creating high-quality synthetic data, with emphasis on coverage control, distribution matching, and applications in data-scarce domains.
Related Projects: HF-GAN, DiffuAug, VCM, EvalDistSim
